Regular Meetings of the Homeowners Association
The Chickasaw Gardens Homeowners Association holds two regular meetings each year. A meeting is held in mid-June each year to present the financial results for the prior year, and a meeting is held in mid-December for the purpose of approving an annual budget for the next calendar year as well as electing Trustees. Notices of the dates and times of these meetings will be disseminated by email, as well as posted on this website. These meetings provide a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and all homeowners are encouraged to attend.

Architectural Review Process
As provided in the Deed Restrictions that govern all homes in Chickasaw Gardens, ANY modifications to the exterior of a home in the neighborhood are subject to review and prior approval by the Trustees under the long established process directed by the neighborhood association’s design review guidelines. Subject modifications include not only exterior construction, but also changes in exterior paint color, fencing, detached structures, material landscaping, drainage, lighting, and other exterior alterations.
Prior to the commencement of any project, architectural plans, photographs, detailed drawings, and other information should be submitted to the Trustees using the attached Plan Submittal Form-2014. Submissions are subject to a fee to cover the costs of professional time involved in the review and approval process. Plans submitted will be reviewed at the next monthly meeting of the Trustees, who strive to follow up in a timely manner.
Great importance is placed on the design review process, and it is considered one of the most important elements in maintaining the character, integrity, and beauty of the neighborhood.
