Subject modifications include not only exterior construction, but also changes in exterior paint color, fencing, detached structures, material landscaping, drainage, lighting, and other exterior alterations. Neighbors should understand at the outset of any project that the goal of the Trustees is to ensure that an approved project is completed on a timely basis in full accordance with the plans submitted, and with as little disruption or inconvenience to the surrounding neighbors as possible. Prior to the commencement of any project, architectural plans, photographs, detailed drawings, and other information should be submitted to the Trustees using the attached Plan Submittal Form-2023. Submissions are subject to a fee to cover the costs of professional time involved in the review and approval process. Plans submitted will be reviewed at the next monthly meeting of the Trustees, who strive to follow up in a timely manner. Any modification to an approved project requires submittal of appropriate documentation and subsequent approval by the Trustees. Projects may be approved subject to conditions required by the Association that may include costs to be paid by the homeowner, including deposits to insure proper job site maintenance and timely completion of project, or third-party monitoring of construction. Great importance is placed on the design review process, and it is considered one of the most important elements in maintaining the character, integrity, and beauty of the neighborhood. Contact Info:
